I didn't know that they create more moisture in the air, this sounds great for the skin but wouldn't that be bad for bathrooms? I really want to get a plant for my bathroom to absorb moisture not create it. 😅

"Joy, "why haven't I been doing this forever"! Seriously though, Thank you very much for this recipe and I ordered everything that you demonstrated. I even found organic, gluten free, gum free and sugar-free coconut cream and then I bought the advanced gut health/probiotic with 50 billion CFU made by genuine health and I am excited and really looking forward to making this fantastic coconut yogurt. Due to health reasons I had to go vegan and on a special diet which does not allow me to have any kind of sugar, dairy or eggs. Bummer! I really liked eggs and I've always included yogurt in my daily diet for acidophilus, others and just a balanced gut. One day when I was staying in Ventura California, I went to a Vons grocery store and found the most delicious coconut yogurt made by a company called "Cocojune" but very expensive and it was of course gum, gluten and sugar free, but it cost $9.85 per carton, but nevertheless since I can't have dairy anymore, I bought several of them and brought them back home and within a couple weeks they were all gone. Finding your video within this timeframe was perfect and so if your yogurt is as delicious as you make it sound, this will be my forever yogurt👍👍. Thanks again!

Blenders are really good for liquidy foods. Food processors are excellent for more solid preparations. I would make my life much easier by choosing a food processor for this project.

Essential oils can also be dangerous. There was a story about a daycare where the kids were manifesting all kinds of weird neurological symptoms because of an essential oil diffuser that was being used.😮

You should add the honey after the golden milk cooled down. Heating honey to 37°C (98.6°F) can cause it to lose nearly 200 components, including some antibacterial components. Heating honey to 40°C (104°F) can destroy invertase, an important enzyme. Heating honey to 50°C (122°F) for more than 48 hours can turn it into caramel, making the most valuable honey sugars similar to sugar. Heating honey to higher temperatures than 140°F for more than two hours can cause rapid degradation. Bee Health To what temperature does honey have to be heated to destroy the health ... Aug 20, 2019 - Heating up to 37°C (98.6 F) causes loss of nearly 200 components, part of which are antibacterial. Heating up to 40°C (104 F) destroys invertase, an important enzyme. Heating up to 50°C (122 F) for more than 48 hrs. turns the honey into caramel (the most valuable honey sugars become analogous to sugar). Heating honey higher than 140 degrees F for more than 2 hours will cause rapid degradation. Heating honey higher than 160 for any time period will cause rapid degradation and caramelization. Generally any larger temperature fluctuation (10°C is ideal for preservation of ripe honey) causes decay. Ecrotek Heat and Honey don't mix • Ecrotek NCBI Studies on the physicochemical characteristics of heated honey ... [3] Honey and ghee are the two food substances used widely in our diet. The commercial honey available in the market is heat-processed, which absolutely contradicts the accepted Ayurvedic concept. Heating of honey is much discussed under quality deterioration, wherein certain enzymes and nutrients are lost. Times of India Can heating honey turn it toxic? | The Times of India Jan 7, 2022 - Honey is best at its natural form as it is packed with healthy enzymes, amino acids, vitamins C, D, E, K and B-complex and beta-carotene, minerals, essential oils and antioxidants to name a few. According to the books of Ayurveda, heating or cooking honey can do more harm than good as heating honey can change the heath enriching compounds present in honey. Cooking or heating honey at a high temperature can change the composition of nutrients. As per a report by the National Center for Biotechnology (NCBI), cooking or heating honey can deteriorate the quality and lose its essential enzymes and nutrients.

Would you please give the amount of the flours in grams? Using cups tends to be very inaccurate, and with measuring the flour by weight the results will be consistent - the bread won't be too dry or too wet. Thanks for your attention to this.
