I'm off to the largest car show in Ireland on Saturday purely to go around the stalls, old tools are better and you can haggle 😊 last year i got a decent bench vice and it's older than me (55)😂 it was €70euro but you can tell it will outlast me. Treated myself to a makita 400nm impact gun and it's a beast. With 5ah battery and charger, it was €420euro.... ouch, but for getting stuff undone, you can't beat it. Nice size shed you've got, i can't have one that big because the house is too near next door 😭
@doriherodriftАй бұрын
Its a workable space, should be moving back into a unit fairly soon. I agree totally with older tools far far better quality. I will go again but take my 4x4 next time, i was concerned the poor little metro would be over loaded if id bought much more.

hi I just picked one of these up I was wondering uping the power don't need to go a lot 250 wasn't sure the best approach can you do anything with remapping or does it have to be sent off I was wondering about changing the pulley on the compressor might be an easy choice got any opinions thanks. I could do with your headlights actually I've got aftermarket and I can't adjust the beam it's way too low looking for some traditional lights are they Xenon ?

It is tidy for the age but not as good as it looks in the vid! Rear arches are a little crusty, I'd say it's under 5years from an owner losing interest & turning it into washing machine metal. Think how many cars it will save with all the low miles low usage parts coming from it. I'm giving it a second life 💪

As if they are not short enough already🤷 I do think coupe's look so much better, one of the reasons I bought a compact is I don't actually like them that much, thought it might prevent me getting carried away making it look cool & actually might use it 😂

Having been caught in the wire at yarmouth in my banger days, I'll take bouncing off a wall any day. On another note, I thought rotating the front top mount just give you more camber over castor. But that's beemer for you, "we've got it right first time, you don't need adjustments"
@doriherodrift7 ай бұрын
sliding the topmount adjustment left & right changes camber, if you rotate the top mount it can then slide backwards & forwards adjusting castor, bit of a bodge but it did help a little.

@doriherodrift9 ай бұрын
1 series are a really cool base, best to keep it simple if you can engine wise. Whatever drops direct in that has the most power. Concentrate on the chassis, the way it drives is far more important than power especially to begin with.
