Any corpo company is going to have restrictions, not only niji. They're also signing up to become a corporate worker on top of being a streamer, meaning they have to work WITH the higher up. To be fair, niji is pretty lax with how the talents do their content, especially the 18+ ASMR kind. It's just that youtube does not allow even a little bit of risque content which got his channel in some trouble recently. Creative opportunities could also mean going to another platform that allows that but does not align with niji's conditions, like patreon for example. There's also more freedom in doing facecams or something like u-san where they only show half of their body.

Literally one of their biggest and oldest talent is graduating but that too is overshadowed by a niji talent's graduation who has a significantly smaller influence than them

Niji's case I'm thankful for bec it revealed some truths about corporate malpractices, but now I'm asking what about the mid and smaller agencies that are also as secretive as niji Edit: regarding Ves and Magni's graduations, I'm kinda sus tbh, esp after listening to what Magni's PL had to say about it
