Second question was how did you cut your masks from the acetate? I’m kind of new and need a little more guidance to make the masks. I love your videos and tips. I learned a ton of tips and tricks!

@vickiesloan9744 I just traced the A2 panel with a sharpie and cut it out with scissors. Nothing special needed. For the slimline masks, I just cut those on my paper trimmer. The acetate is thin so it’s easy to cut. 👍🏼 🥰

Questions for you. What size was the dollar store pan you got to clean your mats and tools? I want to get a pan like you had. Everything fit well and conveniently.

@vickiesloan9744 thank you! The label reads “Rectangle Clip Lock Storage” and it measures 10 x 6 1/4 x 3 3/4. It comes with the lid. Hope it helps! 👍🏼

I recently got into card making and quickly decided I wanted a die cut machine. I bought the large Anna Griffin Empress machine because of my age (68yrs) and mostly because I am having surgery on both of my shoulders for torn rotator cuff and bicep tendons. Ouch!! I only paid $180.00 for it so I’m not complaining at all. But I have a few dies from Altenew and I’m wondering…can use them in my Empress? Also, I subscribed to your channel and have been having a really good time watching your videos. Thanks!!

@wandasimons3305 Thank you! 🥰 you can use any of the thin metal dies from any stamp company. I would recommend using a shim to get the best cuts. I use a cutting mat from the Dollar tree kitchen section (you get a pack of 2 for $1.25) and cut it down to the size of your mat. It’s the perfect dimension and you can reuse it over and over. 👍🏼 Anna’s dies are thicker than most so this extra shim isn’t needed with her dies. I think you will love the empress. I do! what is the tool called you are using to spread the glitter paste and where can i get one? that works really well - great ideas, esp on the homemade mask - i would not have know not to get glitter on my grip map

@21kidsanddogs That is called a “scraper tool”. I think mine is from Ranger. They are inexpensive and make it so much easier to apply an even layer of paste! 👍🏼 You can get one on Amazon, Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, JoAnns, and and online retailers like Scrapbook.com or Simon Says Stamp. They are around $2. 🥰

Thank you! The grip mat replaces the foam pad for stamping & when using red rubber stamps you remove the foam pad so you would not use the grip mat with red rubber stamps in the Misti. 🥰

My understanding is that gelli plates are not made of photopolymer material but instead are made of gelatine & glycerine based material that can easily accept paint for making prints. After a little more research, I would say they are different materials used for different purposes. If anyone has more knowledge/experience, please let us know!

Anyone have any idea what other little containers might fit in the K cup carriers? I love this little set but don't know anyone with a Keurig!!

@denisetorres2734 I actually bought little 4 oz cups with lids from Amazon and included a hot cocoa or an apple cider packet & it was a hit (for those non-coffee drinkers). But you don’t have to use the little k cup insert. You can use the little carrier for any small treats like cookies, candy, rice krispy bars, etc. Hope this helps! 🥰

Your cards are gorgeous! I'm glad that I found your video. I'm not sure why that cardbase die is so big. The inspiration sheet doesn't show it that way. I guess we could create a card with a huge base, but why? I just got this die set in Anna's monthly mystery box, but I haven't opened it yet. It seems like there should be some border dies to take care of that gap if we use that die. I don't think I'll be using it for this card. Hopefully I'll find another use for it.

Your pages are gorgeous and I also agree. I was not impressed with the album or the embellishments. I am not using the 3 ring binder. With the interactive pages and all of the borders there is no way it is going to fit. I feel that the price is high for what we received this year. The create in November is a better value.
