For those of you don’t know squawk 7700 is one of three standard emergency codes 7700 denotes any mechanical, environmental or even medical emergency that requires immediate attention. The other 2 are 7600 and 7500. 7600 is when you loose communication so you aren’t able to radio to ATC or other pilots. Finally 7500 is when someone forcibly takes control of the aircraft AKA a Hijacking. To denote the differences use simple phrases 77 - I’ll Soon Be in Heaven 76 - Need a Comm Fix 75 - Someone Else wants to Drive
