How’s It JK The players are playing the pass line…because it’s a requirement if you want to play the proposition bet. Then after the point is established they play the box #s. This is because with the place bets you have a few options that you don’t have with the pass line with odds. Place Bets Options: * you can press the point w/o placing more money on the pass line ( which pays even money) to press up the odds * you can take down place bets anytime (not the pass line) * if your not betting 5x your pass line as odds. You make just as much or more placing the bet ( most places are 2x odds or 3-4-5x odds) *placing bets keeps the throwing area clear for the shooters landing zone Hope this answers your question

Those that set dice feel that they are giving themselves a better chance of not throwing a 7. Of course this doesn’t always work. But having the peace of mind that your giving yourself the best chance possible of not throwing the 7 is ok with me. They are Dice Influencers…which means they are just trying to influence the dice to not roll the 7. Throwing a certain point is almost impossible but it happens sometimes. That makes shooters think that they are doing something right. I do the same thing…but I’m more of a strategist.

What were the table minimum and maximum? I hope to play there one day. Looks like I won't be going back to Vegas till January 2025 due to pending medical procedure that requires several months of recovery and I hope to go to Japan in November. Growing old sucks but at least my heart got fixed last year. .

The minimum was $15 I think the max was $2k
