Hello, I just want to let you know how much the N5 - N3 complete grammar videos have helped me a ton in my Japanese learning journey! Will you possibly do N2 and N1 in the future?
@hiauntie47422 күн бұрын
Good day. Have been following the FF7R series and I think the new format looks nicer (got colour mappings for the corresponding Japanese/English words which make me easier to locate their translations and to easily see the sentence breakdown personally). Thumbs up. (Yes I think you have to make things speed up otherwise a single game would take too long to complete) . Thanks.

9:30 why the game writes 引鉄, but you wrote 引金 ? which one is correct ?
@GameGengo4 күн бұрын
They are both correct, with the game using a rarer kanji. When I typed the text the most common variant came out, but they are both correct. 引金 引き金 引鉄 引き鉄 are all ways it can be written

I love the vocab series, thank you for the good work! :) A small mistake at 8:32 I think you meant to say humble, since they are talking about themselves.

What I really wish you could do in Pokémon games is start them in one language and then switch to another mid-playthrough; would be so cool to be able to wander regions of games I’ve already beaten in a different language, but I don’t think that’s an option in any Pokémon game

Oh "shiteii" means "is it okay?" Is that what they're always saying in Danganronpa games, like, "is it okay to say that such-and-such hid the knife in the place" or "is it really okay to call X the culprit?" That's such a funny little Japanese-ism. Is that what they're translating?

Meanwhile, in 大山 we find not "yama", not "san", not "zan", but SEN. Mount Daisen, that is Mount Great Mountain. Yeah, readings are really qirky at times in Japanese... The sooner you get used to it, the better. Otherwise, you'll be shedding lots of tears in no time 🤭
