For those that don't know wikiarms is a great resource plus they have an app. You can look for everything from factory ammo or reloading components.

Since the barrel is the heart of the gun. So it should be compared to a 16" AR not a 10". Spear LT 16" is 7.5lbs so 8 isn't huge given they need HW for bullpup goodness and reinforcement for chamber failures near your face.

Save your money on a clip on get a sight mark wraith. This style clip on is really only good for something with zero recoil like an air rifle. You gotta put your scope ahead on your rail a minimum of 4 inches adds awkward weight to even an air rifle.

Reloading Is A Waste Of Money When the costs of components for the same amount of rounds is more than factory ammo I agree. The only reasons to reload are the volume of ammo used exceeds the affordability of the same amount of factory ammo and specialized loads not available in factory ammo. Other than that the ability to be able to reload can sustain a shooter through factory ammo shortages and price increases.

I am very pleased to see you again. Please keep in mind that some of us are concerned about the availability and future price of ammo. With the current geopolitical state and our choices in the near future ammo availability and choices in chamberings could get far worse than what they were just a few years ago. Another reason to reload is that some of us have rifles that are very expensive to feed like my 375 Ruger. I'm spending $5 per round for that one. I'm praying for you and yours. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Wrong, it's not a waste of money! Especially rifle ammo, it is still cheaper to reload. Yes prices for reloading components are getting very high, but still cheaper to reload. Also the Pros of reloading and the benefits you get for that cost. You make a great point of people that have to buy online but also what about the people who can just go down to the store.
@RobbieWheaton13 күн бұрын
Not if you have to buy all 4 components needed to reload; primers, powder, projectiles & Casings. New casings blow the reloading budget; even using the cheapest brass from Starline.
@jjgriffin327513 күн бұрын
@RobbieWheaton agreed but to me the definition of reloading is to Reload a already fired round, other wise should be called Newloading

Very cost effective for my father n law. He bought his reloading equipment many, many years ago and bought a lot of primers before the price jump. I wouldn’t even entertain doing it myself with the high prices of everything right now.

Thanks for the view point. Based on the data you shared I guess I'll stop thinking about reloading the common calibers since I don't own any odd ball loading it just doesn't make much sense.

@RimfireAddicted7014 күн бұрын
Trying to break down reloading costs is going to be very difficult as it will be wildly different for everyone regarding how much equipment and how much in components are used over a given time. I've accumulated my gear over years but if I were to buy at all at once it'd easily be over 20k in just the tooling. When it comes to buying components you have to disciplined about buying in bulk and when they are on sale or it's not as much a savings. I have a group and we buy everything in large bulk bullets, primers, powder etc. So we pay only freight shipping and our pricing is less than most vendors can offer. We buy bullets 250k minimum. Our last order for primers was 425k. We save money, get what we want, load exactly what works best for our tools. You can make reloading work but you have put thought into and shop for components online. I doubt any of us will ever buy factory ammo.

In my opinion, I think it's fair to only include the 2 metal base plates when so many people install extensions to their magazines, ESPECIALLY their first magazine. In that case they would have whatever extension they want on the first mag, and then the metal baseplate on the other two mags. I'm not saying this was hands down the best option. I'm just saying I think I understand the logic? Idk.

I bought one because I liked the small size of the gun and it was very comfortable in my hand. It’s a gun looking gun and I enjoy shooting it BUT I rank all of my pistols at 25 yards. This is terrible in accuracy when I use it. Very disappointing to me. But I realize it’s for shooting at close range

Thank you for this informative video. I'm about to purchase my first pdw. I was looking at the Stribog, the Extar ep9, and the CZ Scorpion evo 3 Plus Micro. Although the ep9 is half the price of either the Stribog and Scorpion, the lack of a folding brace option takes that out. The Scorpion's barrel is inside the handguard, and my suppressor won't fit. With the folding brace, the Stribog is a bit over my budget, but it appears to meet my must-have requirements, and it has the roller delayed action. I'm placing my order today.

If you are ever are trapped in your car hit the CORNERS of the side windows and they will break the easiest. I was in a training for it and I was given a junked car to try it. I hit the car window with a baseball bat in the center and I couldn't crack it. Another good tool to have is a seat belt cutter.
