Does anyone build homes that don't have the living room, dining room and kitchen all open to each other? I bought a home like this five years ago, and I do NOT like it. There is too much noise from the kitchen to the living room and vice versa. Found out I like having walls.

This is a very nice home. We are currently having Arista build our new home. I chose them over other builders here in town because they always seem to swing for the fences with their builds. They call themselves a semi custom builder, but every one of their builds are different is some way, shape, or form. They are actually a custom home builder who builds at a production level. Check out their exclusive subdivision that showcases only their homes. It’s called Crimson Sky, just down the road from this exclusive home. Worth you time to check them out if you are considering moving to Las Cruces. 🇺🇸

Most of these homes have busy bathrooms. About 10 different colors + textures is rough. Doesn’t look like anybody thought any aspect of that through.

I never realized how beautiful Las Cruces was until I started watching your videos. I’ve lived in the Farmington area on and off for over 40 years as I was in the oil and gas industry.
