Anyone notice that when she calls out the Big Island (the one with the beautiful rainbow), the shot of the valleys and ridges appears to be Kauai

With a mortgage for a (possibly) $1 million+ property, HOA fees, rental property taxes, and property management expenses, is it possible to make money (or at least break even) on a rental condo in today's market? I'm genuinely interested to know how many rental property owners are doing well vs. how many are struggling. 🌸🛖

I see myself living in a similar space. It’s the embodiment of living a peaceful life in tune with nature.

Some of the best Thai food is that truck! Better than in Thailand …plus Hawaii in general is so much nicer and has water with fish 🐟 and no trash floating. Yes, picky American speaking lol my channel is about this! Haha

Love the video. Love the Baby Beach neighborhood. We walk thru the neighborhood each day when we are on island. We stay at Lawa'i Beach Resort.

The land is very sacred and any development outside of the Hawaiian community will be haunted or even destroyed I know it for a fact

I guess it depends on what you do, where you stay, and how you get there. My wife and I spent around 5 times that much when we vacationed in early 2024-but that was by design. We flew first class (⅓ of our total budget), stayed in a condo on the beach, rented a convertible Mustang, and did ALL the things, including a helicopter tour, a boat tour, and plantation tubing. Having gotten all of that out of our system, next time we'll do it more low-key. 😁

Love your recommendations! Have you hiked sleeping giant? Would you recommend this hike? Also, for kayaking, which river would you recommend if you could choose one (or only have time for one? I love nature and birds :)

Thank you fir sharing these! I have gone to Kauai juice (delicious) and chocolat Hanalei (I also love lilikoi and naturally bought the sea salt caramels), but I’ll be sure to check out more of your suggestions when I’m there again I. August

I love this video! Well done. I love all the information you shared. My son and I did this trail in January and yes it is hard to get the tickets. He was on the website at midnight and it was so hard to get the tickets. We had to set an alarm for 2 AM as we are based in Vancouver. The tickets sell out in less than 20 seconds. I know because we had to try a couple times to get the tickets 😂 I was wondering what the name of that tree was: ironwood. I stepped on those pinecones and yes-worse than Lego. Lol.
