Small correction please don't me wrong - In varenyam you should avoid spelling "n" as "n" and "yane" should be pronounced instead of simple "n"

Not necessarily both knees will touch. We need to respect body mechanics and same time If your thighs are little heavy, difficult to bring both need close to floor.

When sitting in ardha padmasana while meditating is it normal for one side to be elevated because of my lack of mobility?

Thanks a lot for sharing this exercises, I am becoming more flexible day by day. In the exercises before the half lotus I am feeling less pain every day, but when I try the half lotus posture, I feel a lot of pain behind the ankle, do you have any recomendation? Thanks again!!
