now a days mostly its nuclear family, if someone in husbands side or the wife side is there then they will help to raise a child, and womens or men can concentrate on their career but since there are no elders in home who will take care of the child when parents are not, it became an responsibility for both

She clearly wants to work .....i know he is appreciative of her work as a housewife but she clearly wants more ....if she choose to work he should motivate her to go outside and work and should volunteer to share her load at house.....the truth of society is despite housewives being the hardest working people in the world, they are not appreciated by the society or even in most cases by their own family ,the women who is actually capable of earning money will rarely be satisfied with only house work , in very rare case an intellectually inclined and academically bright women wants to sit at home and be their as a support system for everyone. Yeah if she chooses to be a housewife than its different ball game all together but that is not the case here clearly

It’s true success is not always to be measured by trophy and all but what about women understanding the other world outside home, family, relatives? I know women who comes from big shot family but knows nothing about the world all those women are good on is iska patti uska patti.. khana main kya bana hey.. kis ki shaddi main kya pehena hey.. i don’t see them on break even when they go on vacation constantly looking after kids husband in laws if this considered as job its a pathetic job i can say being women.. Women can be a ceo and run a business why can’t man like ‘ki & ka’ run the house take care of kids clean the kitchen? 😂

Nice video. I really appreciate it, however, it tells only one side of the story. Men have to work and be professionally successful, he simply doesn't have a choice. Women have choices. Most women rather than going through the cut throat professional world, would be a home maker and lead an easy life. Mens lives are tough, we just are not allowed to talk about it.

You know all this bullshit is happening right now is making me laugh, my mother is also a working woman, she works and also looks after the home, she is a single mother and the one I am proud to have. She never made me once think that I was a burden to her, or never she had second thought on whether she should conceive me or not, my family members told me that she always used to love me in no matter what the circumstances are, and me being a trouble kid right from infant days, used to cry a lot and disrupt the peaceful sleep of my mother but still she kept up with me, she could have left me to boarding school, but never did, although she used to scare me by mentioning the word boarding school as that time I never used to study so yeah All this bullshit that getting filmed nowadays, women having second thoughts about having to conceive the child, thinking they would be a big boulder in their lives are just not our culture Same thing men undermining women and making them limited to household chores and pressuring them to not continue study is also not in our culture, and we will never tolerate So woman want to become like someone, develop a character like my mother, and you will fell feel empowered yourselves.

Consoling her and making her understand the value of her work is great! But I think if the video had a conversation about the husband giving her the option to choose what she wants to do moving forward and letting her know that he’s there and they can together figure out how to manage things is what is missing. Women often fight for freedom not because we don’t care or don’t want to do the traditional things. But we want to have an option to know that if one day I feel that I want to do something outside of this role then I can do it and that my man will support it.
