What Prophet Muhammad SAW said was clear.. we need to support our brother either they are in the right or in the wrong..not goes against them even if they are in the wrong. For example we dont agree with our brother that has a liberal or secular mentality..do we need to treat them as an enemy? Absolutely no! Nobody is perfect. We unite and support them in something that is parallel with Islamic principal and we abandon anything that doesn't

When intelligent people look at the absurdities and futility of religion they often reject God, when in reality they should reject religion. It is religion that steals the identity of God's system and distorts it, while God's Way properly defines God, His System and mankind's position and role within that System. There is no religion the only System for all mankind is God's Way "Deen" a way of life intended to be a life of blissfulness without religions, myths, superstitions or satanic laws. You shall return to Him, observe Him, and uphold your commitments. Do not become idol-worshipers like those who change the way of life into ‘religion’, each sectarian is happy with what they have. 30:31-32 Follow those who do not ask from you any wage, they are guided. 36:21 If you follow the majority of the people on earth, they will divert you from the path of God. They only follow conjecture, and they only guess. 6:116 He has prescribed for you the same way of life enjoined upon Noah, and what is revealed herein, and what was decreed for Abraham, Moses and Jesus. You shall uphold the One way of life and not be divided. It is simply too difficult for the idolworshippers to accept what you advocate. God is the one who brings towards Him whomever He wills. He guides towards Himself those who return.42:13 O mankind, you shall serve your Lord who created you and those people before you that you might be observant. He is the one who made the earth habitable for you. He is the one who constructed the sky. He sends down water from the sky to produce fruits for your sustenance. Therefore, you are not to set up any idol next to God when you understand. 2:21.22

Coba baca buku " Ayahku " karya buya hamka. Disitu banyak bercerita bagaimana raja raja melayu di tanah malaya menolak kedatangan hamka dan ayahnya di sana. Bahkan menuduh wahabbi dan sesat, kata hamka raja raja disana itu mengikuti ulama yang kolot. Ulama islam dari sumatera mereka tolak, ulama muhamaddiyah dari jawa mereka tolak. Sampai kata hamka, mufti melayu sebagai ulama yg kolot. Sekarang saja baru,org malaysia mengagumi buya hamka,padahal dulu mereka tdk tau perjuangan hamka selama masa itu.

Ayahanda saya akidahnya salaf. Dari kecil saya diterap as sunnah. Itu sekitar tahun 1970. Buku penulisan Buya Hamka dan Hasan Bandung memang menjadi asas membaca, usul feqahnya. Yang peliknya kami di Malaysia kenal Buya Hamka tetapi di Indonesia karyawan2 saya tak kenal Buya Hamka. Sedih sungguh ruginya.

Astagfirullah, yang dipertuankan Prof. Dr. H. Ahmad Syafii Maarif, yang saya tangkap seolah2 Buya Hamka belum tuntas untuk keluar dari Islam yang murni (boleh dikatakan untuk menjadi seorang liberalis, orientalis, pluralis dll). Perlu kita ingat fatwa Buya Hamka yang kontroversial, di mana pada waktu itu beliau masih jadi ketua MUI dan pada akhirnya meletakkan jabatan tersebut demi prinsip beliau untuk memperteguh aqidah Islam.
