Great Job on this I think you should should add more supports to the bottom of your lane though to make it more sturdy. If the ball bounces in anyway on impact they call it the double dribble it affects ball reaction going down lane. Also should make a gutter system too there are parts from warehouse stores and u can do this easily. Also consider string pins and a pully system for the pins so your friend doesn't have to break his back setting them up like pinboys did back in the 1900's.

Why not just buy a really cheap Brunswick a2? There are so many abandoned bowling alleys you can get all kinds of free equipment and then your neighbors will come over and play

I bought the Hustle USA recently. Tried it out on pretty dry lanes in senior league. Threw it only two frames and it seemed to lope quite a bit. Took it to the pro-shop a few days later and had the fellow polish it up for me. It looks beautiful, but the reaction wasn't what I expected. After seeing your Wine work I hoped my USA would be similar. Perhaps I was standing too far left. Typically I lay the ball down on 16 or 17 while targeting 9 or 10 at the arrows. Maybe I should move a couple more boards to the right and try again. My ball speed is about 15 or 16 mph with average revs. Should I take a little off the polish or just try moving right. Lately the IQ Tour Ruby has been gang busters for me...

Good video. I drilled my Duo in June and threw some practice games with it over the summer. High game 277... I rolled a couple of tournaments, averaging 230. I just started league and averaged 215. Got some high hopes for this ball. I agree that it is versatile. Looking to add a Hustle M-M for the bottom of my bag and an Eternity PI for the top when it comes out. Suggestion would be an Xponent for your next video. Nothing but good things from that release

I had the same issue with the summit out of the box. It was very strong but once I got it lane shined I liked it a lot. Its a stronger phaze 2. The summit and the iq ruby havent left my league bag since I got them. Great 1-2 punch

This video definitely describes the summit in a nutshell 🤣😅 I will say I got mine about 2 weeks ago and my average has gone up 15-20pins I absolutely love my summit, but when the lanes start to transitioning I absolutely hate moving left and trying to play in.. this ball plays best for me on a fresh pair and a straighter angle standing at 22 aiming at 10-7 board.. my step down ball is my eternity!

I didn't think I would but I really like the summit. It's deceptively strong being the core is the IQ core but the coverstock to me is much more than even the phase 2. Its definitely a first out of the bag for me when the volume is fresh/heavier, nice and smooth. I'm a 2hander high rev average "normal speed" around 17mph. I also have the ruby to compliment if you're looking simply for 1-2 punch don't like taking alot of bowling balls around with you those 2 are money. I will say I don't move very far left with it because of how strong it is. Moving left is more imo for balls like the phase 2, IQ Ruby, Zen Gold etc type balls in the symmetric line.

Don’t you need the tool to take JoPo in and out
@DHBowling
@DHBowling Жыл бұрын
They can definitely be a bit stiff at first because they lock so hard, so the tool can be helpful with that, but once they have broken in a little I have never had any issues changing them and locking them with my thumb. 👍

So what would you normally start with on a house shot? I run into a lot of the same issues you’re describing here. I try going to weaker equipment, but then they either miss the spot or snap too soon.

the colors and of course how well it grips the back of the lane and hooks but for me personally i have a rev rate of 400 something and the league that im gunna be joining is doing a giveaway where this ball along with the reality check is listed but for me i already have a strong asym solid in the proton physix. my question is would this ball be a good upgrade to a proton or a downgrade. cause the x3 is a hybrid and the cover is strong but i dont think as strong as the proton, well im only gunna be bowling on league house conditions. i throw around 16 or 17 mph.
