I just got my courage up to try, I was inverting my j-step vertical twist (been trying that for years) which didn't work so well, keep in mind I have gainer with a slow, short yet powerful j-step, so I just set it like a gainer and twisted, to my surprise, I got around. The set feels very weird because I'm twisting on that axis, but the twist isn't that scary when you attempt it. My tip is if you have a good gainer and a good vert twist, then GO FOR IT!
