Looks like mine, but my lines are straighter. Looks great, dunno why people are hating on it

I hate it when people cut the back fr. Cutting the sides isn’t too bad. But why’s the back of his head bald as well 😭

horrible undercut bro why did u take it so high
@menace6734 Жыл бұрын
Fr that’s what I’m saying. Man buns that are undercut high at the back and the sides look so stupid. He might as well have a slick back because he can’t even style the bun in different variations like ponytails and low buns. He should’ve gone for a low taper fade.

@@menace6734this style is perfect for high/mid bun what are you talking about?

Why you cut ur sides? 😭
@menace6734 Жыл бұрын
Fr that bun is way to high. It looks better if the sides were cut lower as a low taper fade and the man bum was actually at the back of his head.

Don't understand why someone would get through the first four or so months and then go and do this just for the sake of a few more months of shit stage.

High row on the lat pulldown machine... Never heard of that one before! I'll definitely have to try it. Your content is very informative my man: you definitely have a knack for teaching form on your exercises! Barbell skull crushers look disgusting...in an awesome way of course.

For sure my friend. I can definitely tell that you are a PT because of all your form analogies. Analogies are great for teaching people exercises!

You don't think that the overhead pres and squat is necessary ? Or did you just choose for these isolation exercises because you already did a number of compounds?
@trenttisdell16728 жыл бұрын
+Greg Giraerts Correct! I think that they are extremely necessary, and I actually do more compound lifts right now than isolation exercises. It should be the foundation of you training program because those big compound movements are what is going to make you stronger, bigger, and improve your athletic performance. I already did my big lifts at the start of the week so this was just a full body detailed (isolation) workout focusing more on sculpting.
