What amenities do they offer besides food and the standard stuff? Shower... etc

I was there last week with my cousin! And we tried to buy a day pass! However, their credit card machines were down for the day! So we couldn't enter!

I will start by saying this is the worst lounge I’ve ever visited. The agents have shown zero interest in helping customers, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a lounge. I was told I had to be added to a waiting list. After waiting for a total of 2.5 hours and since I wasn’t called or didn’t receive a text, I decided to go back and ask how much longer I have to wait. Only to be told in a very rude manner that the Priority Pass customers are not their priority and I need to wait until they texted me. I waited another hour and didn’t get a call back or text, so I asked to speak to the manager and what a joke!! This lady was extremely rude and horrible attitude. My advice, skip this lounge, save yourselves from a horrible experience, and don’t bother!!

I will visit if it's better than waiting at the terminal.

I find your ratings curious and rather odd. You rated the seats, food and ambiance very low. You even rated the value low, considering it’s a free perk. Compared to the terminal or somewhere that I would be forced to pay for all of those items, it’s outstanding. Every Amex lounge I’ve been to is always well above the other lounges available.

How long did the walk take?

I paid $32 for entry. My flight was at 7pm. The male front desk refuse my entry at 4pm and so I waited outside. at 4:55pm I tried and the lady receiptionist still making noise saying I came too early. They allow 2 hours prior to flight departure. I told them that my first class ticket boarding time was 6:15pm and I would be staying inside for a short 1 hour 15 minutes. She relented. This is the worst value airport lounge I ever visited. No bathroom, no snack, only fountain drinks. I regret I did not read any review before I entered. Be-forewarned.

There's an Upstairs area with a Coffee machine and prayer rooms. Very quiet. Was able to join a Zoom meeting up there

Does buying a one-time pass guarantee you access to the lounge on the day you travel? Thinking about buying one ahead of time, but if it doesn't guarantee access, maybe not.

Done it many times on long layovers between T7 and TBIT to access the Centurion Lounge as well as the Star Alliance Lounge

It's a great UC. I have been many times since it opened. ORD has a similar one now but this is still the best

I agree I also tried to do a vlog and it was so congested I could not even find a seat, so I just gave up. There was almost no food and very noisy .I felt like I was In a mall food court.

Awful!!!!!! I agree with your video 100% but, you forgot to add… the rudest staff that I have ever experienced in any of the Hawaiian islands, yet!!! SKIP IT, just the rudeness of the staff will put a sour taste in your mouth

@ 1:11 You said "there's no showers" but United removed showers from all lounges years ago. Now only Polaris and the new EWR lounge near gate C123 have showers.
