You can inhale as you enter, exhale as you exit, and breathe normally whilst holding the pose, but generally in yoga just breathe normally or more deeply than normally, and just try to maintain an awareness of and connection with your breathing. A good instructor should queue you when to inhale and exhale, but remember to do it anyway if they forget. ;)

The class and sequence were a phenomenal class. But, compared to the typical quality of Alo classes, I felt really disappointed in the cueing and production. The music was scratchy and too loud. I felt Ashley should've stuck to cueing and teaching instead of trying to show us she could do the hardest version of each pose and getting distracted + commenting on herself - it really threw off the timing waiting for her to recover. If there were 2 other people doing the class live, show them instead? When it got hard, her cuing deteriorated, instead of "all the way to the top" maybe "all the way up to crescent", etc.

Love the spices in there and nutritional yeast is so smart, I never thought of adding that myself! There is an easier way to make chickpea chips (imo). You can make a batter instead of a dough (which you let sit in the fridge for a couple of hours), then you pour out a thin enough layer over an oiled baking sheet and bake it until it is solid enough to be cut into chips. You then bake those chips until they're crispy (that last step works really well in an airfryer too). I just made a batch this morning and it was super easy and fast (I prepared the batter last night: 1 cup chickpea flour, 1 cup water and some salt. I added some baking powder just before I used the batter)

That series is great, it caused me to get used to exercise, now I do exercises with joy , Ashley is a great trainer , she is the one who has changed my exercise regime . We want more sweating and challenging series like that! Please
