@@CCDVIDEO yes , that you do...but the idea is to go through the water making the tyre wet...then do your burn out. Not in the water getting water all over your wheel wells so that it can drip onto the tyres....but then again, a few of the cars need the extra slippy of water to spin the wheels, but unfortunately not fast enough to create heat..
