We need depth desperately our starters are a great playoff contending side but our bench has nobody bringing the overall quality down substantially especially with injuries I expect us to struggle lots after the 60th minute of each game here’s to hope reinforcements are coming 🤞

Here's hoping that there's some reinforcements coming in the next transfer window. This roster isn't good enough. And we barely have enough depth to rotate or sub with any impact.

Hard to see an end to this poor run of form. We haven’t played particularly well at home, and Toronto has enough ability to nick three points off us on Saturday. Although it can still feel early in the season, we’ll have played 17 matches after the weekend. We need a win, for the fans’ sake as much as the players’.

Miller lost his job because Bono was playing well and he had a wall in front of him. Now that Antley and McVey are hurt Bono is seeing more pressure. I tend to agree with you about his subbing, but what I think he’s doing is evaluating what he has. This is what happens in a rebuild. The fact is DC needs to commit more money on better talent. However they have said that’s not on the table.

Troy is a good coach for chemistry. But he is so vanilla in the media gives me the impression that he is not getting all what he can out of other players . Especially when its benetekeball, with occasional play from others on the attack.

I don’t know what my expectations should be with this group of players. I like Ku, Stroud, Hopkins, these are good players, but really they are depth on a strong team instead of being counted on to win games. I like this manager a lot but all these dropped points has to end sometime. It’s fine this season I suppose, he’s limited in his choices, but it’s a problem.

What does this coach to the team during the half time! It is always the same speech, making non sense tactical decisions in the second half throwing away what was done during the first half. Now is a pattern, to begin winning the first half and tying or losing in the second half. After 4 wins, 6 ties, and 5 games lost and with the teams from the bottom of the table winning or tying with DC United, the situation is going worse. We have a team that can be possible to go to the play offs, but, with this coach we will give away all the second half. Yesterday, while winning, he put the team to defend! We finished the game playing as visitors, and crossing the ball to see if Benteke could make the miracles

Wonderful game, Troy! Yes, we lost but the team showed their true potential in the way they played. I loved the low block, and quick transitions. It is no mean feat to keep Messi and Suarez bottled up for the entire game. Keep up the good work! Go DC United!

1. Troy just gave the other coaches the blueprint. 2. Some of the calls were head scratchers. 3. DC needs to stick with the 5-3-2 it seems to have fixed the struggles of the left side. All year the play of the right side has been far superior. 4. With the style Troy wants to play, it’s very obvious this offseason they need to get taller and bigger. 5. Once they learn how to play more than 70 min this team will be a handful.

negative tactics instead of just playing soccer. you put your whole 11 men behind the ball. only decided to play soccer when you got scored on in the 94th minute. not good coach tactics. You've got to be brave enough to push up to go into attack and not just sit back and defend fans don't come to watch that man. they want to see goals they want to see attacking play
