Song is not Buble's. Composers Anthony Newley and Leslie Bricusse for the musical The Roar of the Greasepaint - The Smell of the Crowd. It was first performed on stage in 1964 by Cy Grant on the UK tour and by Gilbert Price in 1965 with the original Broadway cast.

A friend I talk to on the phone rather frequently told me a few days ago that I must really enjoy this song cause she recognized it after a few notes now since I listen to it so much... and honestly yeah, the more accepting I become to my human frailty, faults darker points of personality etc, the more often this song just feels right. It's like, going from a place of constant shame and guilt with little to no reason either found or pointed out, to one of general disinterest in the complaints of others while trying with persistence to help if and where I can. Brings this sort of comfort with it, or so I've found... Aaaaand.. as another commenter put forward the imagery of a Villain redemption arc stopping at an Anti-hero stage. I've just GOT to ask; What if it was the underdog hero, that never quite got that save the day experience because their early life code kept holding them back, so instead they basically tore internal code up and became an Anti-hero..?

would you draw an animation for the song nightwork bee maja/Maya? I think your style would be very suitable. a man in a jacket singing a hit song in Czech. if you would paint it, I would be really happy, and I think that others would also like to listen to it, and not only Czechs.
