That's a bit of alright! The special effects are astoundingly lifelike now a days, aren't they? Its still great to hear from two of my favorite Timelord scoundrel "almost husbands." My real husband was always teasing me about Tom Baker back then ,and about all of the other's since. I think that River had a pretty good system worked out! 😅

Awful presenter who I think is still on QVC 21 years later but Yes Tom Baker was the best Dr Who for sure. He recorded his voice for BT's text to voice service years ago but guess this has now been removed

You have every right to re-upload the original. It's a parody, transformative, unlikely to effect the BBC's interest in the show and it falls well within the clip length in relation to the length of the original show. In all ways it falls under fair use. If the BBC try to screw you again, appeal the claim, if the BBC then refuse the appeal, reject that and the video will be put back up and the only avenue left for the BBC will be court action which they would obviously lose.
