That was BRUTAL! Thank you! I have been needing to increase upper body strength and this was intense- my arms are officially jello, but I will be back in a few days until I dont feel like jello!

Christmas Eve I when 2 Walmart I got At Homegym ball thing toner at Walmart it was $17.88 it was on clearance so I got for $10.00 dollars 💸 so for 2 days I done ✅ this workout Oboy it’s good . ❤ ✅ I going keep doing this workout n go to gym 2 . It’s time to get fit everyone Ps n also benefit and get a bonus to get new clothes ❤ . Amen

If your title says "No equipment" make sure there is no equipment on the workout pls. This has weights for more than half the workout...

I appreciate your workout, but have one request: could you ever, ever, just once, say at the beginning how many repetitions you are going for? You go different speeds, and at some point, without ever having said how many repetitions you want, you say, "Six, five," etcetera. But where did you start? I find it very disconcerting, especially since I am never exactly "with you", as you don't count! Please, could you count? Actually, I'm going to go find someone who does count, so I know how many I'm going to be trying to do.

This was a great workout! I did prefer to slow it down to .75 speed, and would have preferred more verbal reminders to keep breathing rather than having you model it so prominently (just a personal sensory sensitivity, I think). Thanks for sharing a fun and effective workout!!
