I love this video it's so calming and makes me feel safe. Sometimes I hallucinate in the middle of the night and I have to go and be around someone else to shake me out of it. But this was so comforting and helpful.

Lmao, I warmed up a shirt, sprayed some nice cologne/men's perfume i acquired, and put it over my squishamallow. It's not very warm anymore, but i don't have a heating pad. Can't sleep, so back on here after locking the screen and laying listening to the asmr earlier. Edit:Doing the same thing rn.
