in short, first i look at multipliers, then i look for hunted infected (cuz you can get up to 1k points there, especially at the end) or captures (if it's a human board) and then calculate the best route

Wow! beta tester! props! and Teominus puts a SHAME on those people using cheats even! Imagine one uses cheats and still loses to those without cheats. *I hope Naughty Dog does an update eventually where they will separate leaderboards (1 for "Combat Accessibilities" ON), and (1 for Combat Accessibilities" OFF).* Those using cheats are really ruining the placing for us without cheats.

@@MintChoggy Well, this is an interesting and also very sensitive topic and I've seen many videos or comments regarding this. I only can share my point of view. First of all, those are not "cheats" but a list of settings for disabled people who would still want to enjoy what the game has to offer, and I have to admit, ND is an absolute ground breaker on this field. One of my friends is deaf, so he is using awareness indicators, because he obviously cannot hear which direction the enemy is coming from, or any other audio clue. I think it would be huge stretch to call him out as a cheater. He would be really disappointed if he would be forced to get a different leader board because of his disability. I imagine others with various disabilities would feel the same. Think about it this way: They just want to enjoy gaming as everyone else. That being said, I agree that those settings can be exploited. The main idea behind the leader board and the whole daily run system was more like an additional feature for enhanced gamification and increased excitement purposes. You don't get anything playing it (except maybe a stroke sometimes). There is no tangible or any other type of reward. It's just fun. If anything of real value would be at stake, I would absolutely agree to have a different leader board for enabled/disabled accessibility settings. Currently, considering the fact that the % of the whole player base, when it comes to disabled persons is really small, I'm not sure. They would basically get an almost empty leader board.

@@Archor26 I would 100% concur with you. Naughty Dog is so detailed to even making a game enjoyed by even the disabled, for all to enjoy. Even the blind can enjoy this game with the accessibility. However this "Combat Accessibility" is highly exploited by able bodied people, like you said. I have yet to see anyone uploading a full No Return run with "Combat Accessibilities" turned on, while stating he/ she is disabled in a way. Dont forget on certain days, you can see clone accounts (3x same person) in the user board as well. We do a running competition, we get whatever placing, we accept it. Re-running the competition with the same ID, just because one's previous record was a bad placing, see if the referee/ examiner allows it even.

obviously two leaderboards would be a lot, but when all the controversy came up of people "cheating" with accessibilities (they are cheats on grounded), i dont understand why naughty dog wouldn't at least mark these runs similar to how they do in the speedrun mode with modifiers. that would make the boards more believable, those that want to use modifiers will do anyway (which is fine), but it would most likely prevent people doing the same run three times with different accounts since they get "exposed"

@@sillagana What I would consider acceptable for this issue is to somehow display if a player used accessibility settings during a run. Like an icon or a short description. This way pro players like Teo and other grounded players would intantly know what players to "disregard" and why. But again, I would say there are more pressing matters here. For example: - Providing frames during melee animations (I cannot even tell how many times I died during a melee animation) And this would absolutely crucial with Tommy or Joel, who cannot dodge. Btw this no dodge is an absolute bs, and was one of my main feedback. - Fix the damn input lags - Fix the issue of the undodgeable grabs and non-telegraphed attacks - Fix that f****ing stunlock - Make the dodge more reliable. I would actually reduce the amount of the frame of the dodge animation, make it quicker and more intuitive. Now sometimes you dodge, but actually it didn't happen, because you pressed the button 0.1 sec sooner (like a panic roll). The problem is that the game doesn't register another dodge untill the animation of the first dodge is finished. In this case the player experience is confusing - you SEE the dodge, bit you still get hit, sometimes multiple times, and you can do nothing. - Stun not registering, and so on, and so on... The main problem that they have built an amazing combat system which is amazing in single player, but is far from entertaining in a fast paced "PvP-like" setting like the rouge mode in No Return. (And now I'm talking mainly about the grounded mode, because in easier difficulties it can actually be fun and a good experience.)
