It would’ve been nice to mention that you end up with a crop and tell us what crop factor you end up with when this feature is turned on. My 35mm becomes something like 43 (about a 0.8x crop factor). That’s a HUGE difference. I’d prefer to have the feature but it’s just odd that Sony never mentions anything about what it does to your focal length and what the crop factor is.

Every time i call, i get transferred to a foreign call center who have no say in the people supposed to rectify my issue. They continuously tell me to wait a maximum of 48 hours for a response. This cycle has undergone several times now and I'm fed up. I paid a premium price for a premium TV that ended up breaking down in 2 years (just outside the warranty period) and now Sony is trying to dismiss me. I have requested for better pricing for a new TV but Im stuck with only 20% off (which is completely unacceptable, as others have recieved 80%). My case number for this inquiry is AUCA2400016330.
