Nice to see kids learning and watching how nature works. Better to know the hard truth and respect every bite of meat that comes into the mouth. Instead of being ignorant and buy meat without knowing how that meat arrives on the shelfs at supermarkets (all meat has brutal backstory the only difference is that city dwellers think that meat grows on trees) which leads to no respect for the animal

Why are slaughterhouses so secretive? At least faroe islanders are realistic and see the world as it is. They teach their children how the food arrives in the supermarket and to always respect animals.

Those animals are slaughtered for the exact same reasons you slaughter animals in your own country = to get food on the table I find it hard to see how the slaughter of the animals I or rest of us eat is more justified than the slaughter of animals these islanders do
