I want to add something to this so like there are both pros and cons to the same. Your company can also sue you for this if they find out. Its good to take risks and not get caught but better to be safe than sorry. Better to ask for permission from your employer if they allow to work from anywhere in the world and if not look for remote jobs which let you work from any part of the globe. #justmyopinion

I actually don't mind staying with companies long term if they actually reward that loyalty - unfortunately they never do. I do have a baby and wife to provide for though so not really keen on job hopping as much anymore.

Careful with marketing now. It is a great field, yes, but many marketers are bein laid off. Even highly qualified marketers have trouble finding jobs right now. I work in marketing and want to switch companies, but I am literally having trouble finding another company that wants to hire. THey are very picky these days

They are the CEOs of their company but you are the CEO of YOUR Career. Never let your boss tell you they own you. Job hopping is fantastic because it means you don't need to kiss arse or play office politics, you can do well and rely on merit alone to get you a promotion.

I wanna manifest just being offered a dream job of mine. No more interviews, no more frustration of not getting picked. Just loved , just picked.

There are very few true remote or work-from-home jobs. Despite the fact it's more cost-effective for the employer not to have a brick-and-mortar location they can't keep their thumb or eye on you if you are at home. There's also the fact that it's not as productive the employee is not sitting at their desk in their home for 8 to 10 hours a day they get up and go grocery shopping they take a nap they do whatever employers know this. This is why most can and will monitor your computer. They know when you are on it and when you're not. But as I said there are some remote jobs but they are few and far between and there are also a lot of scams.
