Went thru this when I was younger, instead of giving hope to charlotte, Lewis should of been up front and told her that he was not interested in her and that he still had feelings for Cleo. That way Cleo would not be jealous but hey this is a television series and the writers wrote it this way so we can enjoy and talk about it.

i think they used thinner easier tails in mako mermaids bc there is more fast skimming in these u can really see how hard it is to swim and the times when they do need to swim fast they speed the video up like in last episode when the moon pool entrance is covered with rocks

The difference is that they preferred realistic underwater scenes with physical mermaid tails over actual dialog. If would be difficult to remake the little mermaid and cut out all the underwater dialogs now wouldn't it😂 but agreed, I much prefer physical underwater scenes. They're so beautiful and relaxing

@@ot7biasedmashups they could've cgi'd in the speaking, the tail looks so unnatural in the remake, the movement looks so unnatural, the enviroment looks unnatural. I'm watching it and my brain is screaming "this is so weird". While with practical affects you can suspend disbelief a lot easier. disney didn't need to make a remake so why make one if you don't even have the technology to do it well?

Idk maybe cuz this show the girls were swimming in an actual ocean And had training with 32 pound tail and Little Mermaid is a CGI tail. Yall find any reason to shit on the movie
