You definitely can you can use DXF files with the free version of studio or you can use SVG with the paid versions. It’s a one time fee

It’s prime day (days?) so are you shopping? The best advice I have - use Keepa (not sponsored) to make sure you’re getting a deal so many companies raise their prices before prime day just to put a “discount“ onto their product to make it seem like you’re getting a good price. @@dinosaurmamasvgahhhhh! I JUST GOT IT! I put it on top of wrapping paper (on the reverse white side). Get both of the cricut logos in frame and move out a bit so the white frame sees the white wrapping paper.

Since this was so painful, I took a screenshot of my lined up items ontop of the snap mat picture - I’m doing the same pattern multiple times and I can place the paper the same way and just use this screenshot as a guide!

This is just a quick beginner tutorial on all the zooming features in @silhouette.inc studio You may think: well this is basic and it is and everyone starts somewhere. Cricut’s ipad and iPhone app has this one benefit 👇SnapmatTake a picture of your mat and organize your design right over it. I’m not going to lie though taking the actual picture with my iPad was a major PITA 🫣But the idea is beautiful #cricuttips #cricutteacher #cricutdesigns #cricutdesignspace

Interesting Test! Which size tip did you use on the foil? I think I will try the debossing tip(21) with fewer offsets to see if that helps. Or add some thin foam to the mat beneath the paper. I have some Extra Thick 105 LB Vellum to try. (15 years ago some cutters had embossing mats that were made with foam stuck to a mat and sticky on top of the foam.) Now I need to find time to play...

It’s July of 2024 and now the beta is the only version of print and cut that’s working properly. I’m so over this crap. I have orders to make and I’m just constantly wasting materials trouble shooting this machine. I swear my cricut explore air 2 was better than my maker 3

Omg this is exactly how I feel! My explorer air 2 recently died on me and I cannot for the life of me get the maker 3 to cut properly for print and cut.
