I have the Frontier OS18 I just bought. 5 weeks to assemble it due to excessive heat and humidity working in my garage. It's finally done, but with glitches, like missing or wrong part and I had to order them from an online website. BTW, the manual instructions are not very good on assembly with line illustrations and small B&W pictures showing where things go. Email support was somewhat helpful, but not much. It took me about 4 hours total to get the blade to track properly and getting the tension right. A real PITA going back and forth on the adjustments. My two complaints. Who designs an E-Stop Switch that must be disassembled to install? The parts flew all over the place. Ordered a better one online that uses a QD plug for wires. M10 Star knob was missing for the depth of cut assembly. Ordered a better one online.

Hey Dave, thanks for the videos, they are a big help as everyone states. I have been assembling an HD36V2 for a few days. I just put on the axle and fender brackets. I noticed that you put the carriage lock down plate on the from in front of fenders, but manual shows it between the fender brackets. Since you were doing the standard without extension, is there a reason you did that? I have the 4 ft extension and saw your comment about tongue weight, so I was thinking of moving it up some, but was surprised to see you did for a standard mill.

You should take the 4x4's out of the center of the log where the most knots are. I set a trailer next to the mill to load all the firewood onto. Instead of having to pick it up again. And I build pallets to load the lumber onto right off the mill, and sticker as I go. Saves handling the lumber over and over.

That is a businessman right there! When you are buying a log, it is a defect. When you're selling it, it is character. :) Now, he's got the attitude to make money. I'm not wired that way, unfortunately.! :D
