SPOILER: If Rob hadn't used his two lifelines in the wrong order on the 250k question and maybe been able to save the 50/50 for the 500k question, perhaps he'd not have lost 218k...and maybe he'd have won the million...

SPOILER ALERT: Wow, twice in a row the exact same scenario...50/50 used on the 125k question, in both cases A and C remain, and in both cases the contestant went for it and got it wrong...history repeated itself, unfortunately. I thought it would have to be 60m as well, but I guess on those high-valued questions the intuitive answer is not the correct one.

Eejit is basically Irish slang for idiot. We do celebrate Saint Patrick's day everywhere here but we do get sick of Americans who had maybe one single Irish great grandparent coming over and acting like they are completely Irish and have lived here their whole life.

Kudos to Joe for making this daytime version his own version, but it was on the tacky side. It worked out so much better as a prime time show. The ratings weren’t great; this was a time when ITV struggled to find a 5:00 pm staple, which they eventually found with The Chase.

I fked that question I said Marvel before any answer even appeared but then I saw Beano and knew they were both really old. I knew 50/50 would immediately remove the other two but because of instincts I would have gone with Marvel. Literally ONE year out. I guess you would have had to go with knowledge from the time to know the answer.
