GH3⋯⋯😂many years ago. anyway, thanks for information. I use lowepro fastpack 250 AW. It’s too big for everyday use. Then I consider inverse 200 as well

I use the 650 Magnum. That bag has everything. Thanks for the comparison.

Great Video! I personally have the Zoom H6n, but I'm considering the smaller Zoom H1. Any update now that you've had it for awhile?
@brooks.anderson67426 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I've been happy with the Zoom H1. My only complaint is that it captures noise if you touch it when recording. You shouldn't handle the device while recording. Will be using it again next week to record many interviews.

Hi, Thanks for the video. I'm considering taking this bag on a hiking trip. Can you detach the waist strap? I was hoping you can, then I could secure the bag with the waist strap from my main hiking backpack. Cheers
@brooks.anderson67427 жыл бұрын
The waist belt doesn't detach. Only the shoulder strap can be detached.

Thank you so much for the review. It really helped me a lot. I just couldn't find any video about the magnum 200aw, but thanks to you, now I know what is it like. :)

Thank you for the video. I was in the same boat as you and looking for the difference between the 100 and 200 and couldn't find any information. This is very helpful. Thank you.

Thank you for this comparison. I don't really have to carry around a lot of gear anymore and because of mobility issues I do need a bag to carry some gear around my waist so it is easily accessible and doesn't get in the way of my walking sticks. It looks like the 200 isn't that much bigger than the 100 and may work just as well and give me a bit more carry space in case I do decide to carry more than one lens or add in a ring light.

+Suzanne Kammerer I estimate that the 200 has perhaps 20% more capacity than the 100. I think the 200 is a better choice, especially if you are using a camera and lenses that are larger than micro four-thirds models. The micro four-thirds cameras and lenses tend to be smaller than conventional DSLRs. I find the Inverse bags very comfortable to carry and work with.

+Suzanne Kammerer I've read that the Brenthaven waist bags for cameras are nicer than the Lowepro Inverse models. Unfortunately, Brenthaven bags are not easily available here in India. www.amazon.com/dp/B008XCS9AU/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_S_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=10MVZ6CN121PT&coliid=I5IWI869WD7H1

+Brooks .Anderson I found the 200 on eBay for $30 and bought it. I think once I get used to having it stick out 8" I'll like it and probably enjoy having my own "table" in front of me. hahaha. I've had a lot of Lowepro bags thru my 40+ years as a pro and never had anything damaged inside or the bags have any issues in their construction and function...even when I was shooting horse shows. Have a great week.

+Brooks .Anderson I checked it out. Not a style that resonates with my style of shooting. Thanks for the link and your time.

+Suzanne Kammerer Excellent. I too use the Inverse as a table strapped to my abdomen. I find that gives me very easy access to the contents. Happy shooting!

Thanks Dilip. I'm loving the Magnum AW 200. Have used it three times on assignments in rural Bihar, and it's delightful to work with. My only complaint about the bag is that it didn't have an inbuilt water bottle compartment. So I've bought the attachable Lowepro water bottle bag, it's working great. Will probably do a short review just of that.
