I remember when I was 9 years old standing on the top platform for 15 mins saying goodbye to my family in my head and finally diving in I'll never forget slightly screwed it up but otherwise not bad been diving since I'm 69 now there's no buzz like it great dives lads

When ponds forge first opened my dad decided to teach me high board diving (even though I couldn’t swim). He’d be in the water shouting instructions & waiting to drag me out. I LOVED IT!!!
