There is a lot of originality and raw talent but it worked against the music. The jazzy chords are ridiculous and voice excessively over expressive.. I really couldn’t listen.

Vu le concert à la salle Pleyel à Paris. L'interprétation est bonne mais ce concert est basé sur une arnaque, un concert de Mike Oldfield sans Mike Oldfield, avec une tromperie délibérée des fans du maestro qui comme moi ont acheté en toute bonne foi leur place de concert en se faisant duper.....La pratique est honteuse. Cela s'appelle de la publicité mensongère et c'est en théorie puni par la loi en France.

Je partage completement votre avis, philippelemenager5590. Ce long morceau dans la premiere partie avait plutot l'air d'etre composé par Vangelis que par M. Oldfield. Tubular Bells étaient parfaits.

Vus à Paris Salle Pleyel le 15 janvier. La première partie du concert m'a parfois déçu, notamment un assez long morceau que je n'ai pas du tout reconnu et qui m'a semblé vaguement inspiré de Mike Oldfield mais n'en était pas. La seconde avec l'intégralité de Tubular Bells était nettement meilleure. Bonne idée d'avoir mis ce violoncelle.

Not impressed by the lead singer at all. The soprano lady on backing vocals would have done a far better job with this song. Her voice was very pure, powerful and mesmerising.
