Where do you cook? I'm a prospective student.

Hi! Congrats on receiving the study right at Aalto. I cook at my home. The room in this video is a dormitory of my classmate located in campus.

May I ask Why do you use straps?
@mattvalens6 ай бұрын
Hi, thanks for the question. I use straps because my grip is weak for this set. So it trained erector spinae, multifidus and posterior chain muscles except for the grip strength. Hope I answered your question and have a good day.

Great deadlifts and good form! I also trained doing 93kg deadlifts but injured my left hip. I am currently trying to recover.
@mattvalens6 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment! I injured my left hip about a month ago. The pain extended to lower back and entire left leg. Visited physiotherapist and I was suggested to do mini band marching and Bulgarian split squats and now my hip flexor is recovered.

This video is going viral. I was not expecting that much attention online and I realized a lot of people want to learn Finnish, so I found this KZfaq channel. www.youtube.com/@ListenandLearnFinnishLan-ec1bo If any of you want to know more about this specific book and to learn the language, please check it out!
Hi, this book is quite popular in Finland. It is called suomen mestari 1.

It's "learn", not "learning". You mustn't put "-s/-es", "-ed" or "-ing" after "to". I hope it helps.

My heart breaks from the nostalgic memories of this entire video. Sure I went to another University but I can recollect from memory the smell of those hallways! University life: stark pervasive gut wrenching loneliness swirled together with the astonishment of unravelling a mystery of the universe previously unbeknownst to me.
