You said you noticed some gumminess? When I have used mineral spirits and 4-0 s steel wool to follow stripper, I get really annoyed because there's a lot of gumminess left that I have to end up washing off with Dawn dish soap and hot water. I try to only use water-based strippers now because of that but sometimes I still get gummy spots. Any suggestions? I love your very meticulous treatment of this piece and I have picked p some pointers from watching you, so thank you! 😊

I'm still trying to figure it out as well. My 1st thoughts were that I didn't use enough stripper making the paint that I'm removing on the drier side. I'm happy that whatever technique I used will be helpful to you in your future projects.

Hell's Revenge had a few white knuckle parts but overall a great time! Dead horse point was amazing views in a small area.
