Ive been using this from 2018, obviously cycling with diet and works pretty good. Not only that, I've been able to use the energy and focus when im at work and I used to finish evrything in couple of hours, keeps you focused like no other thing. Also when using in the gym, you will feel the energy and sweat and concentration in the entire workout. Best thing ever created.
