I’m not sure the interior design of the boat suits my taste, it’s utilitarian rather than tasteful. I do like some of the features, the bed that allows a side entry, turning captains chair, single glass front window.

Is this a boat that would be suited for crossing the English Channel, maybe even some more adventurous North Sea journeys? What's its limit? I appreciate in perfect conditions a small SIB can do those things, but realistically, is this a boat you'd expect to be able to do those without absolutely perfect conditions?

Great boat! My pet peeve with these smaller boats is that why is the space-wasting cabinet necessary in the bathroom? For God sakes, what do you need to store there? Get rid of the cabinet on the right, recess the floor slightly and put in a shower curtain, so now you have a dry head with a proper shower. Put in a wall-mounted tiny sink somewhere, heck even on the shower area wall and save a lot of space. Have a wall shelf, mini cabinet, or rack above the toilet for the bathroom tissue, hand towel, toothpaste, etc. That's all you need in there. If you need anything else in there, you have issues, store it in your ditty bag in the berths.

I keep thinking about outboards as an option but want enough space for my wife to store things... this may be a good compromise for something that is able to dry out on mud and settle in an estuary beach over the tide. could be rather useful around NZ and Aus. is the hull rigid enough to dry bottom?

1:26 Never understand why people don't use the correct length of bolt, or don't trim the ends off. Those are by no means the worst I've seen (although lengthwise, yes). It's the inch bare naked end in an open cabin that make me shiver. They scream "I'll tear through your scalp in a storm" to me.

The boat looks very nice however the 3 year world wide coverage is misleading. I bought 410 model and within 6 months had problem with the engine. I wrote emails after emails to Jeanneau and did not receive any response. The dealer just stated that my expectations were too high it usually takes many days to fix a problem like this. That is world wide coverage. Poor quality product with fake warranty.

Terrible that boat so young could've got into that condition. Good news is she's lovely now. We never see boats like this down here in Australia much, for some reason bilge keelers are rare. Strange considering some of our tides along with endless pristine uninhabited beaches/bays etc
