With your experience, tools, truck, insurance etc your worth a solid $100 an hour perhaps more. Discount a bit if you like to ensure more work but not too much.

Job well done. Great ingenuity in lowering the beams. A bit low on your labor but as a home owner in digging it. Without for sure in my opinion by the way. Much better look.

With somewhat long stringers i'll cut all the treads first and then rotate and slide back and cut all the risers is a tad quicker... i'm a worm drive saw carp tho... most local codes call for a metal hanger and specific fasteners for stringers now bruh... check your local... and i scribe the stringers to the pad yours are heeling.

Level the post ????? Hmmmmmm ! You’ll have to lay them down before you level them …….. wait then they are post anymore ! Damnit . If you stack and level enough of them I guess you can call it a level post . Just giving you 💩. Would have done a few things different , but it looks good .

Need to notch in treated 2x4 across the bottom of the stringers / 3/8 wedge anchors 4”. . No blocking or hangers at the top of the stringers . Hope that’s not the only level you have .

You know, idk who started but that vertical "siding" honestly looks like shit. There's a new neighborhood being built about half a mile and all the houses have it.

The only problem I see with that job , the span is so long that it won’t take much to make the spacing between the rebar end up looking like shit. Even if you put an upright support in the middle and screwed clamps to keep the same spacing, would help keep them moving on such a long span. But it really looks good the way it is.
