@@latavissmall6697 it can be reset if you have the emergency card , if not then you can take it to the nearest igla dealer , if you don’t have one near you we can possibly get a igla dealer to come to you at your expense with proof of ownership beforehand

Check the battery in the BT fob , it may be dead or low …. Either way the code can be reset and new fobs paired if needed . But you’ll need to get the car to an igla dealer , no one else can do this but an igla dealer …… for a list of all the dealers go to www.iglausa.com

Igla works on many makes , gm , ford , Toyota , Honda and many many more …. About 90% of all makes of vehicles . However key programmer blocking feature is something that we have to add on an individual make process …. So far we block programmers for dodge jeep ram Chrysler Toyota Infiniti and Nissan

Hello, where are you guys located? I had a shop install IGLA for me but the anti car jacking is not working so im assuming they didnt install it. I have a 2014 Q60S coupe, G37 equivalent. You still would be able to drive off with my car. Also, they left out a module with wires and a chip, and I asked what is this for, the guy said when IGLA gets a future update but I dont believe it. What is your opinion on this, thank you. Also I feel like they did not install the key reprogramming blocking software feature

Carjacking feature is not included as a standard install . Updates are NOT done that way and never will be , once igla is installed there is never a need to manually connect to it ever again to update it

What shop did the install ?

How many different buttons varies by vehicles , not all vehicles will have the same amount , as far as how many digits 4-20 . There’s no need to choose more than 4-6 as no one even knows your vehicle has the system and they would need a working car key to even attempt to guess

@@autosoundsandalarms Thanks for this. I really appreciate the info.. One more issue I have is that once I enter my code it doesn't work for me right away. I have to keep trying multiple times. I don't know if it's that I keep missing a step or that there is an issue with the software. right after I put the code in, I put my foot on the brake, then I press start to start the car. After that it doesn't allow me to shift. I have to try multiple times. Am I missing something?

I just noticed on your video that after you input the code, you wait to get a response by a light flickering twice. Could it be that I am starting the car before getting that signal? I wasn't aware that I should wait for a signal

Also you need to turn the igniton and wait 5 seconds before entering code and when you enter the code absolutely NO foot on the brake pedal when doing so , once you get 2 indicators then and only then step on brake and start it drive away if it’s already started , not sure which car you have but knowing will help me

There is no universal pin , we suggest you call your dealer who installed it

@@GmanfromTexasyou likely are referring to something totally different, these vehicles do not come with igla when you buy them …. There’s also no screen with our system ….. this is a anti theft device and not part of the vehicle

Start or not start is correct , and yes the code must be entered in the exact order that it was programmed in or it will not start or allow to drive away . Wheel buttons only for this vehicle

I’m sure with some more data logging additional buttons could be learned and implemented into the firmware , but that takes days just to log and test back and forth …….

@@autosoundsandalarms Well, this system was installed on the "manual transmission" Camaro and it always started "before" the code was entered. The only protection was, after the vehicle was started, the code had to then be entered in order to drive away / avoid engine shut down. The whole goal of the install was to make sure the engine did not start until/unless the code was entered. Two different IGLAS were tried and updated firmware did nothing. The installer (great guy, btw) did his best to figure it out and could not. The end result was he called the IGLA national rep who informed that "manual transmission" Camaro's could not be programed to "not start" before the code was entered. Huge bummer... There is no need for other kill switches when you have IGLA and a COMPUSTAR system , if using remote start is not needed then it does not matter , if you want full functionality have the kill switch removed and get igla and COMPUSTAR

Nothing is 100% theft proof as a tow truck could easily tow it away , However we do things here to prevent that as well but we will not mention them for obvious reasons …. Igla blocks any and all attempts to program a new key to start the truck , even if your OEM key is inside the truck it still won’t start . So no matter what a thief plugs into or where they plug into , the igla will block access to program the key to steal the truck with . Thieves are not using some special tool to make it start , they are simply programming a new key to the truck and that’s all there is to it , many have tried and failed to steal these trucks once we’ve secured them and they have all failed , they must resort to towing or pushing it and we have measures in place to help with that . We also install hidden GPS devices with built in back up batteries , glass sensors , shock sensors , towing sensors and full notifications to your smartphone should any sensor get triggered …… We do not make any claims your vehicle won’t be stolen because if they really want it they’ll drag it with a tow truck even if the parking brake is set …… But thieves stealing it by accessing the gateway , ecu , OBD or plugging in a tool to the truck and programming a key to start it ? NOT HAPPENING
