Most helpful to me has been the discussion around ""trackables". I will feel as if I need to investigate more about those resources. Secondly, I have enjoyed the discussion about the purpose for PD being a gateway to opportunities for coaching. Great discussion. Thank you.

If you can't see the icons for Keep and Tasks while in your Google Calendar, there will be a little < arrow in the bottom right corner of your Google Calendar (inside a light grey tab). Click on that to expand and show those icons. Click on it again to hide the icons.

I just finished watching all of your 6 videos and I downloaded the workbook. First, thank you for all the tips and resources. I am ready to step from the classroom into coaching and these introductory video has given me a lot to process and think about. I do have a question about your Friday Admin meetings. In general, what were these meetings about? Did you use that time to celebrate the wins of the week and highlight the teachers who were making progress?
