Do pre heat the tandoor and keep switching the upper and lower heat temperature so that the temperature stays neutral and it doesn’t get burn.

Ingredients: 4 eggs are required. 1/2 medium chopped onion 1 chopped small spring onion (separate the greens) 1 chopped green chilli 1/2 teaspoon oil 1/2 teaspoon butter Salt and pepper to taste Garnish with coriander leaves. Bread - As desired. Procedure: 1) In a pan, heat the oil and butter on medium heat and sauté the onions and green chilli for 3-4 minutes. 2) Whisk 4 eggs and place them in the pan. 3) Gently whisk the eggs over low heat and let them cook. 4) Continue to mix at regular intervals until the eggs are 3/4 done. Sprinkle with spring greens and remove from heat. 5) Serve on your preferred bread. And have fun!
