Don't overcomplicate pricing. I've been charging $10 per window pane (not frame) Plus $5 if they include interior as package deal. I add $5-10 for specialized windows, doors, skylights etc. No one has turned me down on this price. A few were uneasy so I responded right away and gave a discount, but mind you I started pretty high. Like a 2 story home I quoted recently at $599 using this metric I brought down to $499

Don’t listen to this kid. Always use 0000 steel wool on the exterior glass. That walnut pad he used won’t get off any hard water. I would however use that type of pad on the interior as long as there’s no window tint
