My last trip to AC was about 5 years ago. Went there for my birthday (winter February) and for 4th July and a June weekend. Stayed at Caesar and Baily and Resort. Damn shame about losing Ripley. Went there on my birthday. One can always identify a Ripley Museum. (The one in NY is the exception, since it looks like a regular building) Glad the Steel Pier is still around. Went there on a summer weekend. And those great 99 cents stores (better than the ones in my neighborhood)

Lambertville Station is one of my favorite restaurants. Went there a couple times a year. The Full Moon (cafe) Restaurant is cute too, been there a few times years ago. Love the beads at Sojourner. Miss the area ❤

Thank you for taking the time to walk through this beautiful town and sharing. I lived in Bucks County for many years and was a frequent visitor to New Hope. I performed at the Playhouse several times and also used to usher there back in the mid 90’s. I moved to a different county several years ago, but I really miss New Hope and Bucks County.

If you’re looking for a more relaxed and family-centric atmosphere, Rehoboth Beach is a good choice. Seaside Heights offers more in terms of high-energy entertainment and amusement park attractions, which might appeal if your family enjoys rides and a bustling boardwalk scene. If accessibility and amusement park attractions are a priority, Seaside Heights could be the better option. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your family’s preferences regarding activities, atmosphere, and convenience.

Thank you for your response!! I've been going to seaside for years and have unfortunately watched it decline for various reasons. Wasn't what it once was when I went there in the 80's. I'll be taking my children to Rehoboth this year for sure. Thanks again!!

My parents and I would go here every year when I was a kid. We'd hit the boardwalk every night and I remember riding back half asleep on the tram car. Thousands of great memories that make my eyes well up. Wish I had a family of my own to bring here but I guess it just wasnt meant to be. On a happier note, if you're coming here for your vacation don't waste it or take any of it for granted! Stay in the moment!

I am now over 72yo, I spent every Summer in OC when I was a child at my Aunts hòuse on 16th St just one block from the beach and boardwalk. I visited 7 years ago with a Thai friend and hope to live long enough to return. I live full time in Bangkok, Thailand because it is never cold and I have many Thai friends.
