It was a terrible sloppy and lazy video. You just drew that the characters are talking. The fact that it is "animatic" by "say my name" can only be said by the speed and time of displaying frames. I'm pretty sure this animation wasn't originally made for this song. You just used the popularity of the song to your own personal advantage.
