You have been prolific Ruth! I am very interested in the Tunisian Sampler Shawl. I love Tunisian crochet but for some reason, don't do very much of it. I am in awe of your ability to knit one of Stephen West's designs. The Fiberfest Shawl is turning out beautifully and the colors are perfect. Have a wonderful trip to the Shetland Islands. Perhaps we will see you sporting your pretty hat. If not, then I look forward to hearing all about your adventures when you return.

Thank-you! Fingers crossed-the Stephen West shawl is not done yet and at class last night one of the knitters told us that just one row of the border took her 45 minutes to complete! 😬It will be a magnum opus for sure when it’s finished…I will take my time with it for sure.

You are rightfully proud of your Ginan Ruth. It looks beautiful. So sorry to hear that Take Two is ending up in the frog pond but mine has ended up there as well. I kept the first triangular bit but I didn't like how the slip stitch rows looked in the over-all design. They pulled the fabric in too much. Thanks for the Tunisian Sampler Shawl inspiration.
