I only liked the beef rice noodles. They mostly cook pork, fish soup & seafood dishes. That egg coffee - don't call us, we'll call you. I've seen better food than this from South Vietnam. A great number of people would be allergic to nearly all of these dishes, myself included. I cannot eat fish sauce and chillies for the same reason. I cook Vietnamese food myself, but I substitute pork for beef. I never use fish sauce but substitute that for soy sauce. No chillies for me.
