Just got one of the. Brazos Loaded one. With counter weight on top door. Awesome pit. Very well made. Thick steel. First rack of chicken turned out grrrreat! The best for your $$$ for sure.

The firebox is 3/8" thick plus 2" of mineral wool insulation. The inner shell is 1/4" thick , then 2" of mineral wool insulation and the outer shell is 1/8" thick. This design saves wood, delivers great results and it is safer to be around

@hulcx1779 do you english ? These grilles are made in mexico for less them 150 dollars .. sell for 250 us dollars in mexico .. have a vaction home on lake chapla .. bought the first gen for 175 dollars ...

The new G2 looks very promising. The lid on this one has me questioning the ability to seal off.

It looks different than every thing out there because the smoker is different than everything out there. The lid seals just fine

Such a small firebox for the size of the cooking chamber. I almost want to get one, but the mods to make it cook decent are almost countless.

Not as bad as you think…. I have 3 tel-tru thermometers installed across cooking chamber….. I can maintain within 5degrees across the chamber and maintain 250-275 degrees easily

They still haven't learned.. they need a tad longer smoke stack for better flow.
