For the storage duration, it can last for as long as you want, provided the ingredients ( head of fish, prawn and crayfish) are well dehydrated, moist-free and kept in in air- tight container. But if you are not sure of all of that, simply place the container in the fridge or freezer. Thanks so much for watching 🙏🙏

If you are pregnant or planning to be pregnant avoid negro-pepper… it clears the uterus.. usually used intensionally post delivery. Not sure if it will have same effect in small quantity.
